Ktimatoemporiki was founded in 2001 with a simple thesis: Greek real estate deserved professional standards on par with London, Paris and Monaco. In 2005 we became the first real estate agency in Greece to receive ISO 9001:2000 certification — a milestone that set the tone for everything that followed.
Today, our team operates from three offices and represents over 20,176 properties — from village houses to seafront estates, from city apartments to entire islands. Beyond brokerage, we handle the surrounding services that international clients need: Golden Visa applications, mortgage structuring, legal counsel, property management, and the curated lifestyle extensions of yachts and private aviation.
Yiannis Kriaras, our CEO, has led the company since its founding and remains personally involved in every major transaction.
